With over twenty years of experience in the fine art world, the practice is grounded in the rigorous standards of museum registration — bringing institutional-grade expertise to collectors, estates, and cultural institutions.
Dala Fine Art was established to bridge the gap between the art world's professional standards and the needs of private collectors. Too often, collectors acquire works without the documentation, due diligence, or ongoing stewardship that protects both the art and their investment.
Our approach is methodical and discreet. We take the time to understand each client's vision — their aesthetic sensibility, their long-term goals, and the story they want their collection to tell. From there, every recommendation, acquisition, and management decision is made in service of that vision.
We work with a small number of clients at any one time, ensuring that every collection receives the attention it deserves. This is not a volume business. It is a practice built on trust, expertise, and a genuine love of art.

Over two decades coordinating incoming and outgoing loans for museums, foundations, and private lenders — managing loan agreements, facility reports, condition checks, and all correspondence between borrowing and lending institutions.
Art Shipping & Logistics
End-to-end oversight of fine art transport: selecting and briefing specialist art shippers, coordinating crating and packing, managing customs documentation, and supervising courier travel for high-value or fragile works.

Comprehensive records management for permanent and temporary collections — cataloguing, condition reporting, photography, provenance files, and the maintenance of authoritative collection databases.
Art Handling & Collections Care
Hands-on experience supervising the safe handling, installation, and storage of works across all media. Establishing and enforcing collections care protocols to ensure the long-term preservation of each work.
Contracts & Legal Documentation
Drafting and reviewing loan agreements, consignment contracts, deed of gift documentation, and insurance schedules — ensuring every transaction is properly recorded and legally sound.
Provenance Research
Rigorous due diligence on works under consideration, including ownership history, authenticity review, and condition assessment — providing clients with the confidence to acquire and hold with clarity.
